Leadership Development
The leadership in any organization, business or ministry determines how high you can go. John Maxwell calls it the “Law of the Lid.” Therefore, leadership development is not an option if improved results is your goal.
Our leadership development principles combines sound leadership principles with principles of character because both are necessary components for effective leadership. We do not believe that you can change behavior and therefore performance, until you first change the mindset, the way a person thinks. Our process addresses thinking patterns and thereby behavior.
Why Leadership Development?
Behavioral scientists believe that people only use between 3 and 25% of their potential. If you and/or those in leadership in your ministry or organization reflect that same statistic how many opportunities to minister and serve people are missed? How much revenue is left on the table? How many additional members, customers, or partners would your organization have if your leadership team increased the use of their potential by 10 or even 15 percent?
Despite the fact that there are many books and seminars on leadership, there remains an over abundance of managers dire shortage of leaders in business, government and ministry. Our process develops managers into leaders.
Take this leadership test to see how well your team fares.
