Marketing Assessment
Look over your marketing pieces (everything from letterhead to commercials to packaging materials) and answer the following questions:
We use consistent colors in all of our marketing collateral (electronic, print, media, etc.)
The slogans we use with our logo is consistent
We have assessed our vision and it is accurately reflected in all of our marketing collateral
We know the target demographic for each product or service
We have created a profile for the decision maker, influencer and buyer in each target demographic
We have surveyed our target market within the last 12 months and understand their needs and decision making process
We evaluate and track responses to all of our marketing efforts and identify trends in response rates
We have a marketing professional (both trained and experienced in marketing) who oversees our marketing efforts
Everyone in our organization understand the vision and our brand image
We have specific objectives for our website
